The customer was looking for a solution to provide a clear view beneath the load whilst stacking pallets of tins or crates of drinks. This was a specific request from the customer, but together with our valued partner Kion Intralogistics Solutions Benelux, we found the perfect solution.
A mid-mast view is particularly suitable when there are no racks provided to place the pallets on, meaning the pallets and their loads are stacked directly on top of one another. This prevents the operator from colliding with pallets below or those stacked one behind the other. In this way, you can avoid damage and unnecessary costs. On the monitor in the cab, the driver can immediately see whether the pallet is correctly positioned to be placed on top of the other pallet. This reduces the risk of accidents and damage.
