ESQUENET MST installed a Tine-Guide fork laser at the end customer’s premises, OCAS Zwijnaarde, to make the positioning of forklift forks faster, more accurate and safer.
Restricted visibility, high racking and dark warehouses mean it is not always easy for operators to determine exactly whether the forks are at the correct height. Tine-Guide provides a clear visual reference for this: a red or green laser is projected at the same height as the forks, enabling the operator to align them precisely with the pallet.
For storing pallets on a rack, the system can also be fitted with an optional laser dot. This allows the operator to see even more precisely whether the pallet is at the correct height to be placed safely and in a controlled manner.
Thanks to the integrated Li-ion battery, the system is completely cordless and easy to install. The unit is automatically activated by vibrations and switches itself off again after approximately four minutes of inactivity.
The result: faster positioning, less risk of damage and greater control with every pallet movement.
