IOSpot Automatic Speed Control in Zones

IOSpot is a powerful UWB zoning system that intelligently connects vehicles and fixed infrastructure. The system defines precise safety and speed zones and alerts vehicles or automatically reduces their speed as soon as they enter a pre-set zone. In this way, it provides reliable protection at junctions, access roads, sidewalks, traffic routes and throughout entire hall sections, ensuring safer and more efficient internal traffic.

The IOSpot Uno can be configured as a Spot, Gate or Vehicle, making it the most flexible and comprehensive zone control system on the market. It features inputs for sensors or push-buttons (e.g. manual gate operation).

The IOSpot TraffIQ system is installed in a functional semicircular mirror, which not only improves visibility but also serves as a mount for an intelligent radio module. This detects vehicles within an adjustable detection range of 1 to 20 metres and, depending on the settings, can automatically slow down all vehicles in the area – or only activate when at least two vehicles are present at the same time. The IOSpot TraffIQ is suitable for all junctions and high-risk areas where vehicles encounter each other in narrow spaces or where staff works in close spaces.

Thanks to the circular 360° LED display, the situation is visible to everyone:

• Flashing red warning light: one or more vehicles detected → speed restriction active
