SIS CySens – Ultrasonic DETECTION SYSTEM Industrial vehicles
Limited visibility and driver distraction are often the main causes of accidents involving industrial vehicles such as forklift trucks. SIS CySens is an active ultrasonic anti-collision system that significantly increases safety during manoeuvres by detecting obstacles in good time and intervening automatically.
Active detection of persons and objects
The SIS CySens ultrasonic detection system detects persons, vehicles, goods and buildings within the vehicle’s working area. As soon as a potential hazard is detected, the system warns the driver and the vehicle can be automatically slowed down or brought to a complete stop.
Intelligent warnings with colour zones
In the driver’s cab, the MiniMind display provides clear visual and/or acoustic warnings. The system works with three programmable detection zones, tailored to detection distance and vehicle speed:
- Green: no danger
- Yellow: slow down
- Red: stop
This alerts the driver intuitively and timely.
Flexibly configurable and industrially robust
SIS CySens combines various ultrasonic sensors that are individually programmable. The detection distance and angle can be set for each sensor, allowing the system to be perfectly tailored to the application. Thanks to its robust, industrial design, CySens continues to function reliably in harsh working conditions.
