WeighMatic

WeighMatic is a high-quality hydraulic weighing system that determines the weight of the load by measuring the pressure in the forklift’s hydraulic lifting system. An oil pressure sensor on the valve block records this pressure during lifting and immediately converts it into an accurate weight reading.

How does it work?

With Weighmatic, weighing takes place via a controlled measurement cycle that takes less than 5 seconds. The operator first lifts the load to a reference height of approximately 80 cm above the floor. The measurement cycle is then activated via the indicator. The load board and forks then lower automatically by approximately 15 cm. During this controlled movement, the software processes the measurement data and the system calculates the weight, which is then displayed immediately on the screen.
