ForkMatic is a wireless weighing system that is fully integrated into the forklift’s forks. The system provides accurate weighing results the moment the load is picked up. This allows weighing to be carried out directly on the forklift, without any extra stops or additional steps.

The ForkMatic weighing forks have been developed for intensive and heavy-duty applications in warehouses and industrial environments. Thanks to their robust construction, well-protected load cells and durable electronic components, the system remains reliable, even under heavy loads.

The measured weight is transmitted wirelessly to the indicator in the cab. The driver is provided with a clear display of the load weight and has access to the most important weighing functions, such as gross, tare and net weighing. As no cables are required in the mast, installation remains simple and maintenance-friendly.

ForkMatic also contributes to a safer working environment. The integrated overload monitoring continuously displays the load status via an overload bar and triggers an alarm when the set limit is exceeded. If desired, an overload action can also be activated on the forklift to help prevent damage to the machine, load or infrastructure.
