Esquenet MST recently installed SEEN IRIS 860 sensors on several reach stackers in the port of Antwerp. These sensors detect pedestrians wearing high visibility safety clothing who are on the quay behind the stacker.
The SEEN IRIS 860 sensors detect the reflective stripes on the safety clothing and emit a clear audible alarm to the driver and/or pedestrian. An LED light with/without buzzer in the cab for visual and audible alert of the driver. When reversing, pedestrians are detected quickly and effectively and the blind spot is neutralized. This prevents collisions and incidents with people!
